
Decided to look my weight up on a BMI chart the other day...and was shocked to find that I'm still in the healthy range, but just about into the overweight area. I've been gaining a bit of weight the last couple of months, which sucks, but I didn't think it was that much of a difference. Guess so.
So, I've decided to get fit. I already walk about 2hours a day with my dog, which is awesome, but I have to cut down in what I eat. Yesterday, I had two salads + other stuff!! And nothing unhealthy, either!! I gotta start drinking more water, too. I plan on trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day now, hopefully. At least 4 glasses of water though, because normally I only drink 1-2glasses of water. I've also decided to start running. Haha. I ran/walked yesterday, about 2.55km. I'm sooooo sore today. But it feels good. And I lost a little more than a pound, too! My start weight is 134.8lbs, and I plan to end around 110-115lbs. That is about 20lbs. Hopefully, I can loose the weight this winter, because I have grad at the end of the school year (therefore, I need to fit into a pretty dress!) and I am going to Maui in march! Also, I hope that eventually, I can run a 5km without walking. When I ran the 2.5km, I ran half and walked half, so it will be a long process.... Wish me luck!
